Micro Lambda Wireless's permanent magnet YIG tuned oscillators are signal sources covering 2-20 GHz.  They are available in any customer selected 2,3, 4 & 5 GHz tuning bandwidths.

Micro Lambda Wireless also offers frequency doubled oscillators with 8 GHz tuning bandwidth for very wideband applications.
